Pratapeswar Temple Kalna

The primary deity of Pratapeswar Temple is Lord Shiva, attracting devotees seeking darshan and blessings. The temple also houses shrines dedicated to Goddess Durga (Mahishasuramardini), Lord Rama, Sita, and Lord Krishna, making it a spiritual center for followers of various Hindu traditions.

Built during the British colonial era by Ramhari Mistri under the patronage of Pearykumari Devi, wife of Raja Pratapchand, the temple is recognized for its historical significance and is maintained as a state heritage site under the care of the local panchayat trust.
