Navagraha Mandir Triveni

This temple is dedicated to the Navagraha, the nine planetary deities, and also houses shrines for Lord Shani, Surya, Chandra, Mangal, Budh, Guru, Shukra, Rahu, Ketu, as well as a Shiva Lingam and avatars of Goddess Durga.

The temple’s unique setting on the banks of the river and its role as a village temple make it a significant spiritual destination for devotees seeking planetary peace and blessings.

The temple welcomes visitors daily from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it convenient for pilgrims to plan their darshan and participate in rituals.

Devotees can participate in various poojas such as Navagraha Shanti Puja/Abhishek, Shani Chhayadaan & Tailabhishek, and Pitra Tarpan/Ghat rituals. These rituals are conducted in Sanskrit and Hindi. Darshan is accessible to all, with free, special, and VIP darshan options available at no cost.

Arrive in Ujjain via Indore-Ujjain Road (NH 27/Sanwer Road); the temple is about 6–8 km before the city center, near the Dedhiya/Motibagh area. From Ujjain city center, head south toward Indore Road for about 8 km and turn left at the Triveni Sangam bridge/ghat area to reach the temple parking.

Ujjain Junction is the nearest railway station (8 km away), while Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport in Indore is 53 km from the temple.

Parking is available in an open ground outside the complex, and the main entrance and courtyard offer wheelchair accessibility, though some inner sanctums may require assistance.

Photography is allowed in the outer premises and river ghat area, but strictly prohibited inside sanctums and during rituals. After aarti and rituals, devotees receive standard dry prasadam such as misri, sweets, and black sesame with jaggery.
