Lakshmi Narasimha Temple Devarayanadurga

Known locally by names such as Karigiri Kshetra, Jadakana Durga, Kusumadri, and DD Hills, this ancient temple stands as a prominent pilgrimage centre and is renowned for its Dravidian architecture, reflecting its historical roots from the Chola period.

The temple complex is further enriched by the presence of deities Mahalakshmi and Garuda, making it a spiritually significant destination for devotees.

The temple is divided into two main shrines: Yoga Narasimha, located atop the hill and accessible by climbing 250–270 steps, and Bhoga Narasimha at the base, which is easily reachable.

The Yoga Narasimha shrine is open for darshan from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, while Bhoga Narasimha welcomes devotees from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
