Karthyayani Devi Temple Cherthala

This temple is dedicated to Goddess Shakti (Amman) as the primary deity, and also houses sanctums for Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, Lord Ganapathy, Nagaraja, Yakshi, and Lord Dharma Sastha (Ayyappan, Kavudayon), making it a significant spiritual destination for devotees seeking blessings from multiple deities.

Cherthala Pooram (May–June) and Thrikkarthika/Karthika Star Day (November–December) are major festivals celebrated with devotion. On auspicious days, devotees can partake in prasadam such as Iratti (ghee payasam with extra jaggery), Thadi (traditional baked prasadam), and annadanam (free meals).
