- Take an auto-rickshaw or taxi to Kamadgiri Parikrama Path in Sitapur.
- Begin the 5-kilometer parikrama at the main entrance near Kamtanath temple.
- Walk clockwise around the hill, passing major temples.
- Return to the starting point to complete the parikrama.
