Girnar Amba Mata Temple

The temple is renowned for its spiritual ambience and is a significant site for worshippers of the divine feminine. Darshan at Girnar Amba Mata Temple is available through free entry, allowing pilgrims to experience the sanctity of the shrine without any fee.

The temple is open for devotees from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with Mangala Aarti performed from 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM and Sandhya Aarti from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Rituals and poojas are conducted in Gujarati, Hindi, and Sanskrit, catering to a wide range of devotees. The best time to visit the temple is during the early morning hours (5–8 AM), in the winter months from November to February, or during the vibrant festival season.

The ascent to the temple can be made by climbing approximately 5,000–5,500 steps or by taking the Girnar Ropeway, which provides a convenient and scenic route to the shrine.

Devotees can partake in standard prasad such as dry sweets and kumkum/chundadi, while annadanam and free food are mainly offered at Bhavnath Taleti base or during major fairs, with volunteers distributing refreshments along the trail.
