Devotees can also participate in individual prayers and offer Chunari, flowers, or coconut to the goddess. The best time to visit the temple is during the morning hours (8 AM–12 PM), and the pleasant seasons of winter (November to February) and summer (March to May).

The temple becomes especially vibrant during festival seasons, with Chaitra Navratri (March–April), Sharad Navratri (September–October), and Maha Shivaratri (February–March) being key occasions for special poojas and celebrations.

Reaching Sureshwari Devi Temple involves a unique journey through Rajaji National Park. Visitors can arrive in Haridwar city or BHEL Township (Ranipur), proceed to the Rajaji National Park entry checkpoint, and pay a nominal forest entry or vehicle fee.

From there, a 2 km drive or trek through the jungle trail leads to the temple foothills, followed by a short climb up the stairs to the shrine. The nearest railway stations are Jwalapur (6.5 km) and Haridwar Junction (9 km), while Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun (38 km) is the closest airport.

Accommodation options are available in Haridwar city, BHEL township, and nearby areas, ranging from guest houses to mid-range hotels and dharamshalas. While there is no regular annadanam, devotees receive prasadam such as dry sweets, pedas, laddus, or fruits.

Photography is permitted in the outer courtyard and forest area, though restrictions may apply inside the sanctum during rituals.
