The temple is open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering free darshan to all visitors.

The best time to visit Kapalkundala Temple is during the winter months from November to February, especially in the mornings between 8 AM and 12 PM or during the evening aarti, when the atmosphere becomes particularly serene.

The temple conducts regular Nitya Puja and Sandhya Arati, with rituals performed in both Sanskrit and Bengali, allowing devotees to participate in the spiritual traditions of the region. Festivals hold special significance at Kapalkundala Temple.
