Jambukeswarar Temple

Situated in Thiruvanaikaval, Tiruchirappalli district, Tamil Nadu, this temple is celebrated as one of the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams, representing the element of water.

Darshan options include free entry and special darshan tickets priced at INR 10, 25, and 50. The temple maintains a traditional dress code: men are advised to wear dhotis or trousers/pants, while women should wear sarees, salwar kameez, or long skirts.

Jambukeswarar Temple is easily accessible from Tiruchirappalli city. From the railway station or central bus stand, visitors can take a city bus, auto-rickshaw, or taxi towards Srirangam, and ask for Thiruvanaikovil Temple or Panchabhootha Stalam.

The temple is about 8 km from Trichy city centre, with buses stopping approximately 200 meters from the entrance. The nearest railway stations are Tiruchirappalli Junction (8 km) and Srirangam Railway Station, while Tiruchirappalli International Airport is 15 km away.

Parking is available for cars and two-wheelers near the temple. Pilgrims can enjoy prasadam such as Vibhuti, Kumkum, and special offerings after poojas, with free food (annadanam) provided daily.
