This modern temple, built by Swami Sambha Shiva Murthy, is renowned for its unique Dravidian architecture and the installation of numerous Shivalingas, making it a significant destination for devotees of Lord Shiva.

The temple complex is dedicated primarily to Lord Shiva, but it also houses shrines for several other deities including Lord Vishnu, Lord Brahma, Lord Mahesh, Goddess Annapoorneshwari, Goddess Karumaari Amma, Lord Venkataramani Swamy, Lord Panduranga Swamy, Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Lord Panchamukha Ganapathy, Lord Anjaneya, and Goddess Kannika Parameshwari.
