Mangaladevi Temple

Revered for its spiritual significance, the temple is dedicated to Goddess Shakti (Amman), with a shrine for Linga (Shiva) as well. The temple’s Kerala-style architecture and living heritage status make it a prominent destination for devotees and visitors seeking darshan and blessings.

The temple is open for darshan during the following timings: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM, with extended hours till 9:00 PM or 9:30 PM on Fridays.

Early mornings (5–8 AM) and evening aarti times are considered the best periods to visit, especially during the winter months from November to February, the festival season, and the annual brahmotsavam.

Devotees are required to follow a traditional dress code: men should wear dhotis or formal pants, while women are expected to wear sarees, churidars, or modest long dresses with shoulders and knees covered. Mangaladevi Temple offers free darshan to all visitors.
